Graduate Diploma - Social Work

The Graduate Diploma in Social Work prepares students for a wide range of experiences and learning opportunities that they will encounter in practice. The University of Chichester welcomes a range of students with varying backgrounds, whether they are a college leaver or a mature student.

Graduates will gain a combination of effective and relevant skills alongside up-to-date knowledge of how to work effectively with children, adults and a wide range of social problems.

This course begins with a carefully structured induction program, before students move on to study modules designed to develop their personal and professional skills. They will be supported throughout by a structured tutorial program; linking university-based learning to practice placements.
