The program covers The Lodging and Food Service Industry, Supervision in the Hospitality Industry, Managing Front Office Operations, Managing Housekeeping Operations, Managing Technology in the hospitality industry, Hospitality sales and marketing, Managing Service in Food and Beverage Operations, Hotel and Restaurant Accounting. In addition to their Hospitality Operation Certificate, graduates of this program will be also certified in an American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) Certificate.
