Humber Polytechnic - Lakeshore
Это описание есть только на английском языке.
Digital Forensics is aiming to develop advanced skills in cybercrime investigation and digital evidence analysis. Students learn to use industry-standard forensic tools and techniques to uncover, preserve, and interpret digital evidence across various systems. The program emphasizes hands-on learning through labs, simulations, and real-world cases. Students practice forensic imaging, evidence recovery, and report preparation for regulatory, corporate, or law enforcement contexts. Courses cover cyber laws and ethics, ensuring graduates grasp both technical and legal aspects of investigations. A unique aspect is studying at both Humber’s Lakeshore and North campuses. While based at Lakeshore, students spend one to two days weekly at the North Campus, utilizing state-of-the-art labs, connecting with cybersecurity faculty, and networking across related programs. This dual-campus approach offers broader perspectives and access to advanced facilities. The program also introduces the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in digital investigations, exploring how AI aids in evidence analysis, pattern recognition, and threat detection—essential skills as digital crime grows in scale and complexity.
