Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Business Management and Marketing

Program Description Today’s businesses are more competitive than ever and are constantly looking for new ideas to keep them ahead of their rivals. Marketing plays a vital role in any organisation activity and is the most crucial factor to the success of any business.

Nottingham Trent University's Business Management and Marketing course encourages students to understand and apply marketing theories and techniques in a variety of roles and contexts. All students will take part in a ‘real-world’ business simulation task, imitating the experience of running a business with a group of fellow students. The focus of their studies will be on understanding the marketing philosophy that places the customer at the centre of business activity.

This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and provides students with one exemption from a core module towards the CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing.

During the second year, students will have a variety of unique opportunities to get involved in, such as, studying abroad, developing their own enterprise, undertaking an internship or simply continuing with their studies.
