2-Term Pre-Master's for Law and Social Sciences - Continue to Master of Arts - Culture, Policy and Management

Program Description For students who hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, but don’t meet the entry requirements for a master’s, a Pre-Master’s can help them gain a place on a postgraduate degree. For progression to the 1st year of a postgraduate degree at City, University of London. The course length is determined mainly by English language level (UKVI IELTS score).

Students on all course lengths take a set of common or similar modules to gain a solid base of skills for university. If the course is longer than 2 terms, students will take additional modules designed to improve one or more of their English language level, academic skills, and basic knowledge of particular subjects.

Master of Arts - Culture, Policy and Management

This programme is all about customising students' learning so they can become a competent professional ready to start, continue or change their career. On completion of the course students will be able to evaluate and integrate the theories and practices of culture, policy and management.

The student experience runs through everything City does, from the structure of the course itself to the discussions and tutorials. The curriculum was developed with support from an advisory group that includes senior figures from Arts Council England, the Barbican, Shakespeare's Globe and the V&A. This means students' learning is attuned to the latest insights from the sector.
