Students will focus on software and hardware security and cryptography and will learn techniques to detect and prevent cyber attacks, and public and private sector problems. The program offers a solid technical foundation, getting ready for different jobs in the technology, security, and computer fields. Students will learn about cryptography, network security, hardware security, artificial intelligence, and the ethics of cybersecurity and will pay close attention to keeping things safe and private in computer systems, networks, software, hardware, databases, and web apps.
