Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management, Human Resources Management (BSBA)

ECU's BSBA in management prepares students with the skills necessary to meet the business demands of today and tomorrow. The curriculum provides a solid business core, helping you learn how to deal with the people-based challenges you will encounter in a management position. Graduates have employment opportunities in a wide variety of supervisory/management positions. The human resource management (HRM) concentration is aligned to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) competency model. The HRM concentration is designed to build expertise in all key HRM processes, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational change and development, diversity, training and development, employment law, and human resource management information systems. This program is further strengthened by providing students the opportunity to gain practical experience through internships and earn entry-level professional HRM certification through SHRM, preparing them for careers in this rapidly growing field.
