This 3-year BSc (Hons) in Business Studies and Law gives you a clear understanding of the interface between business activity and the legal framework within which it operates.

It prepares you for business careers with a legal dimension, developing insight and transferable skills that set you apart in a competitive job marketplace. You’ll also be able to pursue a legal career through further study after graduation, with the advantage of additional commercial knowledge.

Methods of assessment vary according to the learning outcomes of particular modules and the stage of study. Accordingly, a mixture of examinations, essays, group work and presentations will be used in assessment of your work. For all taught modules your learning will be directed, supported and reinforced through a combination of lectures, tutorials, small group seminars, virtual learning environment activities and guided private studies. Generally, for each module, you will attend one lecture and one tutorial each week during which you will be in direct contact with teaching staff.
