University Pathways Fast Track at RMIT UP is an accelerated pathway designed for high-achieving international students, preparing them for university in half the time of a Foundation Studies course. Delivered over one semester by RMIT UP (CRICOS provider number: 01912G), a fully owned entity of RMIT University, the program equips students with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for future academic success.

Bachelor of Property Development, Investment and Valuation (Honours) (BH113P24) (113429J) RMIT’s Bachelor of Property Development, Investment and Valuation (Honours) prepares students for careers in Australia’s largest employment sector by providing the educational foundation required to work as property professionals.

This industry-accredited degree focuses on developing current technical expertise alongside critical thinking, professional writing, research and analytical skills. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of property ownership, management, investment, valuation and development, enabling them to contribute effectively across the property lifecycle.

The program equips students to analyse property markets, understand ownership and land use rights, interpret data, and apply skills in asset management, value creation and property development. It also emphasises effective communication and collaboration with other built environment professionals, including those in project management, construction and urban planning.
