What you will study
If students have finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help them gain entry to an undergraduate degree. There has always been synergy between Mathematics and Computer Science and today these complementary skill sets are instrumental in creating a connected world. Throughout the course students will study in an informal, supportive environment which NTU believes is one of the reasons that pass rates on this course are so high. A large proportion of Mathematics students graduate with at least an upper-second-class degree. NTU's Computer Science and Mathematics degree is current and relevant to the needs of business. Their close links with industry means that, if students wish, they’ll have the opportunity to take up job placements with some of the world’s leading companies.
