This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre for the University of Strathclyde followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Strathclyde. In your international foundation year, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program.

The Pre-Masters in Business, Management & Law will introduce you to the legal world and the world of business. Through the use of application learned in modules, you will come to gain valuable insights that will key to your chosen progression degree.

Delivered by its expert authors, this Global Crime, Justice and Security LLM/MSc from LJMU extends your knowledge of these legal issues in an international legal context.

All of your teaching on this course will be delivered by an academic team with internationally recognised research profiles and extensive practice-based experience. You will be provided with a core knowledge base in areas such as human rights, international criminal law, the use of force, global crime, justice and security and the United Nations collective security system.

You can choose from a wide range of optional modules. These will enable you to uncover the many issues pertaining to global crime justice and security. Your critical understanding at this level will be deepened as you explore theoretical and empirical debates relating to power, security, statehood, recognition and self-determination, the implementation of democracy, the rule of law and human rights.
