What you will study
Program Description Conçu en fonction de l’évolution des besoins du milieu des affaires et du contexte de la mondialisation des marchés, le programme Évaluateur-estimateur en bâtiment s’adresse aux personnes s’intéressant à la gestion immobilière et souhaitant une carrière dynamique.
L’objectif de cette formation est de transmettre aux étudiants un important bagage de connaissances qui leur permettront de répondre à une double fonction. La première est celle de l’estimation en construction dont le but est de procéder à une étude détaillée d’un projet de construction à partir de plans et de devis. La seconde est celle de l’évaluation immobilière qui consiste à rechercher la valeur marchande d’une propriété. Les deux fonctions sont en collaboration avec l’évaluateur agréé.
