The purpose of the undergraduate Bachelor of Science programs is to prepare students to: • Practice within complex healthcare systems and assume the roles: provider of care; designer/manager/coordinator of care; and member of a profession. • Receive a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing Major • Be eligible to participate in the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN® ) for registered professional Nurses.
