Overview
The MSc Psychology of Mental Health (Conversion) at the University of West London is designed to fast-track students’ route to Chartered Psychologist status by making them eligible for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of the British Psychological Society (BPS) upon graduation.
The course focuses on enhancing students’ critical thinking and research skills, preparing them for their dissertation and future careers.
Students will learn from active research staff with specialisms in areas such as applied gender psychology and the effects of ageing on decision-making and personality.
The University’s psychology research facilities include brain imaging electroencephalogram (EEG), eye tracking equipment and a range of experiment and research software, supporting students in developing practical research skills.
