With NAIT's Bachelor or Business Administration (BBA), the classes will have a business focus from day 1. Because many professional associations require a degree before they will grant a designation, a business degree is a great way to further one's career potential. Students can earn a general BBA by completing core courses and their choice of electives or declare an emphasis in the following subjects: • Accounting • Entrepreneurship & Innovation • Finance • Human Resource Management • Management • Marketing

Management is fundamental to any business. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Management emphasis equips students who want to lead in business, industry, government and not-for-profit sectors. Students in the Management degree emphasis are prepared for leadership roles where they can make a difference by advising on key business practices like revenue streams, resourcing and strategic planning. Students will be challenged through simulated business cases, sound reasoning, analytical thinking, and inductive thinking to make decisions moving organizations forward towards greater success. Much of the instruction in this emphasis is centered on real-world cases, and students will be given opportunities to work directly with industry. All management-related courses have prerequisites, so it is important for students to carefully plan the order of their studies.
