This two-term Graduate Certificate will empower those interested in pursuing a new career in eCommerce management, or further refining and deepening their skills in eCommerce, to gain current and relevant employability skills for this growing field of expertise.

This program introduces current and future trends and impacts of eCommerce practice viewed through the lens of varying eCommerce models and organizational sizes. Students will explore various job types and teams within an eCommerce organization, as well as refine their own professional practice with opportunities to work in teams, develop business proposals, analyze real-world eCommerce scenarios, manage timelines, budgets and projects, summarize and create action plans based on data analysis, as well as pitch ideas and communicate strategic plans to various audiences. In the final capstone course, they will have an experiential opportunity to act as an eCommerce entrepreneur and create a real-world eCommerce business of their own.
