Overview
University of Portsmouth's MSc International Human Resource Management degree course will develop students' knowledge and skills to Master's level and help them stand out from the competition.
In this course, students will improve their knowledge of HR in an international context. They'll learn about the globalization of business and its effect on the HR industry, and explore why HR measures that are effective in one country can fail in another, even within the same organization.
