The Medical Office Assistant (MOA) certificate program is designed to prepare graduates for employment as medical office assistants in a variety of healthcare environments. Throughout the program, students gain the knowledge and skills to manage patient records, medical billing and scheduling, and to perform clinical procedures and other administrative duties in various health care environments.
