What you will study
The Master of Teaching Practice (Primary Education) provides students the combine hands-on experiences with theoretical learning, enabling them to build the skills they need to be an effective and influential teacher in a variety of settings and provide a positive impact on the lives of primary school children.
Students will gain a deep theoretical understanding of how students learn and strategies to create an inclusive classroom.
Beginning with an introduction to contemporary learning approaches within primary education settings, the program will then provide students with core knowledge in the subjects they will be teaching in the workplace.
Students will have opportunities to put their learning into practice in extended practical placements.
