Program Description English Language Program The English Language Preparation programme is available for students who need to improve their English language skills in order to reach the required level for your programme at the University of Surrey International Study Centre. After successful completion of the English language program, you will advance into your Pre-Masters programme. Foundation Year This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the University of Surrey International Study Centre followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Surrey. In your international foundation year you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program. The Engineering and Physical Sciences International Foundation Year leads to a wide range of degrees in engineering, science and mathematics-related subjects. During the International Foundation Year you will study a core unit of general subject skills, subject-specific units and elective units, which are carefully designed for your academic development. Degree Program The Physics with Quantum Technologies program at the University of Surrey will introduce you to a variety of transferable skills, and you will study several different topics, including existing quantum technologies, such as the devices used to transmit internet data and those behind the lasers in Blu-ray players.
