Overview

This comprehensive course is designed to provide you with the specialist knowledge and skills needed to excel as a human resource (HR) professional, while also exploring the critical relationship between the organisation, managers and the workforce, and the role of HR. Throughout the course you'll be supported to think critically, identify and analyse HR and organisational problems and evaluate potential solutions to real-world issues.
