Social Work is both the art and the science of providing services designed to assist people individually and in relationship to their environment. It is a growing and challenging profession committed to the improvement of the quality of life for individuals, families, communities and society. Make a difference in people’s lives. UWindsor's social work grads are in high demand and students will find the work meaningful and rewarding. Students will make friends for life in this tight-knit program based in a modern, landmark building just steps from the waterfront. Students will have lots of opportunities for hands-on learning including placements in year 4, joining clubs, and volunteering in the community. Note: This is for students applying to the Professional Years (years 3 & 4) of the Social Work program. For high school students or students seeking to transfer to years 1 or 2 of the Social Work program, please apply to the Pre-Social Work program (Program code - NWA).
