What you will study
This contemporary Digital Television Production course in London will prepare students for a broad range of careers in television, broadcast and video production, giving them a hands-on education across all areas of television production.
Students will gain experience of producing their own television shows using industry-standard facilities. They will work on a range of TV genres including drama, documentary, entertainment and factual – both in the studio and on location.
Students will learn to broadcast live and create multi-platform television content that embraces emerging technologies. They will develop TV formats, write scripts, pitch to commissioning editors and present ideas to clients in response to live briefs.
The Digital Television Production degree is led by production and broadcast experts and taught through a mix of practical and theory-based learning. Students will develop a varied skillset that covers all areas of television production and the wider broadcast media. They will be taught through a blend of practice and theory-based learning, which includes lectures, workshops, seminars, projects and self-directed study.
