Overview
This programme provides undergraduate study of psychology alongside a foundation year designed to prepare students for degree-level education. Students can develop an understanding of human behaviour, cognition, development, social interaction, and psychological research. The foundation year helps students strengthen academic, research, communication, and study skills before progressing to specialist psychology modules. The degree develops critical thinking and evidence-based analysis and introduces students to the scientific study of behaviour and mental processes. It is suitable for students interested in psychology and related human-focused careers. Graduates may progress into research, education, human resources, support services, social care, business, or further specialist psychology training, depending on career and professional requirements.
