MacEwan’s Human Resources Management program prepares students for a career in Human Resources with a comprehensive, no-nonsense program of study. A balance of practical skills and strategic thinking, the program delivers both general management skills and the very latest in Human Resources specific training. Subjects include organizational behaviour, labour relations, recruitment and selection, employment law, workplace health and safety training, compensation, and change management. The program also offers a certificate exit option after completion of the first year of study, and students who complete the full diploma, can transfer directly to the third year of MacEwan's Bachelor of Commerce degree - so they can graduate with both a specialized diploma and a degree.
