Overview

The Master of Science in Cyber Forensic Investigation is a specialist postgraduate degree. Students will gain the tools and techniques they need to undertake a digital forensic investigation, analyze evidential data and to produce documentation for use in the criminal and civil legal system.

The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to be able to undertake digital forensic investigation in accordance with established professional practices and legal requirements. To achieve this, the course has been designed to create effective cyber forensic investigators who will have acquired the necessary technical skills and knowledge to work within a managerial role in the industry.
