What you will study

Our BA International Security Studies provides student with the theoretical and practical tools to address key political and security issues of our time and devise strategic solutions to a complex geopolitical environment.

From terrorism and civil wars to cyber-warfare and disaster management to interstate rivalries and national security, our modules promote an understanding of fundamental issues and debates connected to contemporary global politics and security. These are complemented by modules that provide regional insights into the politics of the Middle East and Africa, the EU as a global power, and much more.

Upon graduation, they'll have specialized knowledge and the transferable skills and confidence they need to succeed. In addition, studying abroad is a great experience to add to their CV.
