What you will study
The International Year One (IY1) is the equivalent to a first year of study at undergraduate level. The course has a combination of core modules and subject-specific study, allowing students to develop the skills needed to succeed in their chosen degree course.
After successfully completing the International Year One pathway, students will progress to the second year of their chosen degree at the University of Bradford.
During the International Year One, students will: • Study at the University campus • Have full access to university amenities and student benefits
The International Business and Management program explores topics such as how multinationals operate in emerging economies, the implications of Brexit for European business and management, challenges of managing across cultures, fundamentals of strategic management, and business law and ethics. Students can customize their studies to align with their interests or career goals through optional modules in areas such as marketing, finance, and human resource management.
