Program Description If students have finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help them gain entry to an undergraduate degree.
BA(Hons) History shows students how to interrogate the past and expand their knowledge through challenging academic study. Besides traditional forms of assessment such as essays, they'll have the opportunity to build practical skills, using software and editing tools, to make their own films, documentaries and websites.
Nurture imagination and creativity, and build on a fascination with the social, economic and political forces that have shaped history across centuries and continents. Using primary sources from the start, explore events in their historical contexts and gain a unique insight into the important global issues of today.
