Program Description If students have finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help them gain entry to an undergraduate degree. BA(Hons) Property Development and Planning will give students a solid understanding of the concepts and requirements of urban planning and sustainable development. Study the legal system and economic forces and their impact on creating healthy, sustainable communities. Learn about property valuation, landlord and tenant law and building construction. Learn computer-assisted design (CAD), drawing, modelling and mapping. Assess urban design on day trips and residential field trips. Collaborate with students across related disciplines in an approach reflecting industry. UWE Bristol's key employer partners are involved throughout the course, providing you with industry knowledge, placements and recruitment advice to improve your employability on graduation.
