The two-year Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts Management offers a distinctive combination of theoretical instruction and practical training that enables graduates to move beyond standard recipes and formulations to create innovative products, develop complex and customized confections, and manage high-volume production in fast-paced environments. After completing a shared first-year curriculum with the Baking and Pastry Arts Certificate program—which establishes foundational skills—students in the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program spend their second year exploring creative design, food science, and product innovation theories and practices that prepare them to make their mark in the field of baking and pastry.
