What you will study
Program Description Now students can combine the creative skills of industrial design with the practical solutions of mechanical engineering. This double degree will arm them with the techniques and technical skills they need to excel in this vibrant industry.
Students will study a combination of in-depth theoretical frameworks that make up the mechanical engineering discipline, including project planning and management. Plus, they will learn industrial design principles and concepts like development, problem-solving and modelmaking.
From year one, students will be learning from industry experts and like-minded teachers. Hands-on experience is key to this double degree, and in their final year, students can enhance their knowledge through an industry-based project or placement.
