Overview
In today’s data-driven world, a solid understanding of mathematical principles is more important than ever. As a secondary mathematics teacher, students will play a critical role in shaping the mathematics skills of the next generation.
The program combines in-depth courses in key mathematics topics with practical skills needed for teaching.
Teachers will guide students through the student-teaching process, too. Students will start by observing classes and gradually build up to taking full responsibility for a class, under the supervision of classroom teachers and university supervisors and will graduate with the skills required to inspire a love for mathematics in future students.
