What you will study
Podiatry is a highly flexible, rewarding and varied profession. In the accredited Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Podiatry course students will see patients from the first year. They will accumulate 1,000 hours of clinical practice, giving them essential experience of working with NHS patients and managing their own caseload before they qualify as a podiatrist. They will also undertake their own research.
Studying podiatry at University of Brighton offers the opportunity to work in specialist disciplines, with optional modules, including diabetes care, musculoskeletal practice and rheumatology. As a graduate of the course Students will be eligible for professional registration and be fully prepared to begin their career as a podiatrist.
