The Health Care Management – Canadian Context program is designed for health care professionals from a wide range of backgrounds who are ready to advance into leadership roles. Students develop the skills necessary to manage effectively across diverse health care environments, with a curriculum grounded in the Canadian and Ontario health care systems. A strong emphasis on Indigenous perspectives, truth and reconciliation, and health equity ensures graduates are prepared to lead inclusively and responsibly.

Through a combination of flexible online learning and intensive in-person sessions, learners gain a solid foundation in the business and leadership competencies demanded by Canada’s modern health system, including finance, human resources, change management, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. Students explore leadership styles and learn to adapt them within the rapidly evolving health care landscape, preparing them to guide teams with confidence and resilience.
