Program Description Our course aims to prepare the next generation of health professionals and scientists, who truly understand food science and the impact of and influences upon food and diet in society.
With the recent trend in largely under-qualified influencers offering nutritional advice, it’s perhaps more important than ever that those with a genuine interest in healthy eating become properly trained, which is the intention of this course. Through practical and theoretical teaching, we aim to develop your skills and turn you into future practitioners, capable of translating complex information into manageable nutrition advice.
