What you will study
The Lexis Advanced Diploma of Program Management will equip students with the advanced skills required to direct, plan and lead a range of program functions. Students will also discover how to work effectively with stakeholders and establish and implement governance requirements to ensure effective program management. Industry-experienced teachers will help students develop a deeper understanding of the nature of program management methodology, and provide students with the ability to adapt to different working environments.
Program management is a skill that enables people to operate at a higher level, as it incorporates so many of the key aspects of teamwork and leadership. Being able to effectively organise and carry out high-level projects and holding qualifications in this area can help students advance their career, to the point that many organisations consider project management to be CEO training.
