The Business & Supply Chain & Operations program is designed to equip professionals with the competencies required to address the increasing demand for expertise in risk management, operational optimization, and the navigation of complex global supply chain challenges within technology-driven environments. This curriculum integrates fundamental principles with practical applications, providing experiential learning opportunities in logistics, transportation, procurement, inventory management, quality assurance standards, and production methodologies. Participants will develop advanced skills in analytical problem-solving, critical thinking, professional communication, networking, and collaborative teamwork. Experiential components include capstone projects and access to advanced tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI). An optional work-integrated learning term offers substantive industry experience. Upon completion, graduates will be proficient in managing the movement of goods and services, mitigating operational risks, conducting financial data analysis to inform decision-making, and leveraging technological innovations to optimize supply chain performance.
