What you will study

MSc Organisational Change Management is a specialist course, which will prepare students for a role in organisational management or consultancy. The course will introduce students to advanced research in change management and will allow them to approach organisational change management from both a commercial and a social perspective, in order to help them understand not only why change happens, but how to manage it. This course is perfect for students that have a first degree in business management, or in a related subject area, or have relevant work experience in organisational management. MSc Organisational Change Management will help students to enter or progress within the job market with a deeper understanding of management and organisational change.

Students will graduate with an ability to excel in a management career and with the capacity to shape organisations and organisational life for the better.
