6 Weeks Pre-Sessional English + Two Term Pathway - International Incorporated Masters (IIM) - Continue to Master of Laws - International Oil and Gas Law and Policy

The International Incorporated Master in Energy and Sustainability is a one term or two term course, leading onto a range of postgraduate degree courses with The Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee. The CEPMLP is an internationally renowned graduate school in the field of international business transactions and natural resources and energy law and policy.

In International Oil and Gas Law and Policy students will learn how governments regulate the oil industry. They will study the rules and regulations set out by producer governments dealing with oil and gas investors, and how the concerns of investors are dealt with.

Students will examine the nature of the right to petroleum in the ground onshore and offshore, and the different ways in which governments can transfer or share the petroleum right with investors.
