Master of Science - Business Analytics

Since the pandemic, businesses worldwide have been strengthening their analytics capabilities to better respond to unexpected market changes.

Organisations of all sizes increasingly rely on the analysis of complex business data to remain competitive. Business analytics enables the prediction of market trends and the improvement of processes, supporting managers in making strategic decisions across areas such as product development, operations, marketing, sales, and supply chain management.

The MSc Business Analytics programme is designed to develop students’ analytical skills, equipping them to solve complex business challenges and address issues arising from both local and global pressures. Students are trained to organise, integrate, and interpret data in order to generate meaningful forecasts and implement effective business strategies.

The programme covers key topics including statistics and forecasting, data mining and visual analytics, global supply networks, economic theory, and business management. A range of optional modules also allows students to specialise in complementary areas such as business, management, and marketing.

The course is available for entry in both January and October.
