Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - International Business Management (N201)

University of West London (UWL)

What you will study

The BA (Hons) International Business Management at the University of West London has been developed in partnership with local business organisations in both the public and private sectors, benefiting from the University’s strong industry links and helping students to meet the challenges of the complex and dynamic world of international business management.

Students will combine academic learning with practical experience, supported by staff with decades of combined business, industry and academic knowledge. Their expertise spans key functional areas of business such as human resource management (HRM), business operations, accounting and finance, marketing, strategic management, business ethics and enterprise.

This diversity of teaching expertise helps students develop their own skills and understand how to apply them effectively across business disciplines.

A range of teaching methods is used to maximise learning, with lectures introducing new concepts, models and theories, and practical sessions helping students understand how theory works in real-world contexts. Students will learn through a mix of task-based learning to develop problem-solving skills, group work to encourage communication and experience sharing, discussion and reflection to support inquiry and analysis, group and individual tutorials to support seminar learning, and online platforms.
