University Pathways Fast Track at RMIT UP is an accelerated pathway designed for high-achieving international students, preparing them for university in half the time of a Foundation Studies course. Delivered over one semester by RMIT UP (CRICOS provider number: 01912G), a fully owned entity of RMIT University, the program equips students with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for future academic success.
Located in the heart of Melbourne, RMIT UP’s specialist staff support students throughout their journey, while providing opportunities to build global and social networks that contribute to success at RMIT and beyond.

Bachelor of Engineering - Advanced Manufacturing and Mechatronics (Honours) (BH068P23) (110989A) The RMIT Bachelor of Engineering (Advanced Manufacturing and Mechatronics) (Honours) develops knowledge and skills in mechatronics, robotics, advanced materials, automated systems, and the simulation and modelling of manufacturing processes. The program responds to the growing demand for engineers with expertise in automation, robotics, and mechatronics as industries evolve.
This professionally accredited degree prepares students to work across a wide range of industries, building capabilities in mathematics, engineering, design, creativity, and communication, while supporting lifelong learning as professional engineers. Students study areas such as electrical and electronic system design, machine intelligence and robotics, computer programming, and advanced materials, with a focus on understanding manufacturing systems as integrated networks of people, machines, and information.
Students have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including the Advanced Manufacturing Precinct, which brings together expertise in technology and design innovation. The program also offers opportunities to apply learning in real-world contexts through capstone projects, industry placements, and participation in the Engineers Without Borders Challenge.
