What you will study

LLM Business Law provides specialist knowledge, understanding and critical thinking skills in the area of business law.

This programme offers two compulsory modules: Corporate Governance, which is your Pathway Specific Module, plus a compulsory elective where student may choose between Company Law, Employment Law or Legal Risk and Compliance. Together, these modules will give student the foundation needed to specialise in Business Law. Students can then build on this foundation with two additional modules from the range of optional modules on offer, to fit student's goals and preferences.

The compulsory modules for this course will provide student with the grounding needed for a successful career in business law. The innovative combination of theoretical knowledge, active learning and practical application will enable you to develop the skills needed, ensuring that student will be a real asset to future employer.
