Le programme Gestion de Commerce International vise à donner à l’étudiant toutes les notions essentielles en • Application des logiciels de gestion à des fins d’analyse, de gestion financière et des stocks;
• Stratégies marketing, promotionnelles et en service à la clientèle;
• Droit commercial et international
• Gestion des budgets et en suivi des dépenses
• Vente sur les marchés internationaux
Le programme comporte chaque session un cours d’intégration des apprentissages partant de la gestion de base pour culminer par la gestion d’un projet se rapprochant de la réalité d’un(e) gestionnaire de commerce.
Au terme du programme, les finissants seront en mesure de : • Mettre efficacement en marché les produits et services offerts; • Opérer les logiciels courants de base de données, de suivis financiers et d’analyse; • Appliquer un processus de gestion propre aux réalités et aux besoins d’un commerce de détail; • Préparer et gérer un budget d’exploitation; utiliser l’information comptable à des fins de prises de décision; • Commercer sur les marchés internationaux • Assurer son intégration au milieu de travail
