What you will study

People are the most important asset of any business. The effective management of Human Resources is key to an organization’s success. The core Human Resource Management (HRM) functions, which include hiring, training and developing employees, are a component of all organizations.

The Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management (Human Resource Management) students in their first year will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors to manage and lead in a variety of organizational settings. In the second year, they will study the theoretical foundations of Human Resource Management (HRM), balanced with the practical application of a variety of topics including the ‘Employment Life Cycle’.

Graduates in their final year will develop further understanding of strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) and gain a Level 5 qualification in managing equality, diversity, and inclusion from the Chartered Management Institute
