What you will study

Kick-start a career in Stanley College's fast growing and diverse hospitality industry. Students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to be competent as a Restaurant or Function Manager in the Hospitality industry. They will acquire the knowledge to plan, organise and coordinate events, projects and functions. They will learn to control, monitor and evaluate systems and procedures to ensure smooth hospitality operations and gain managerial competencies to effectively manage a team. • 52 Weeks (Direct Entry Course) • Classes are rostered for 2½ days per week. • This course includes work-based training of 5 weeks (total = 36 shifts). • This course includes 12 weeks of holidays.

On completion of SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management, students may pursue SIT60316 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management at Stanley College or selected Bachelor courses at Universities.
