College Diploma - Sport and Recreation Facility Management (SRFM)

The two-year Sport and Recreation Facility Management Diploma program equips students with the knowledge and skills required to pursue careers in recreation and facility management. Courses combine theoretical concepts with practical applications, focusing on the effective operation and management of municipal, private and commercial recreation facilities.

Students develop essential business and administrative skills for the day-to-day operation of sport and recreation facilities. The program also covers safety standards and risk planning to support effective and safe facility management. Graduates gain the leadership and organizational skills needed to oversee a wide range of operations, from ice management to recreation planning, in settings such as community centres and sports complexes.
