The Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction aims to develop leaders in the fields of pedagogy and curriculum.
Students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the theoretical foundations of curriculum, critically examine current issues in education, and engage effectively in areas such as curriculum development, pedagogical innovation, and program evaluation.
They are provided with opportunities to undertake advanced studies and research in one or more subject areas related to school curriculum or to focus on specialized contexts such as Aboriginal communities or French immersion settings. Additionally, there is an option to complete a specialization in the area of Instructional Design as part of the program.
