What you will study
The International Foundation Programme – Arts and Humanities enables students to understand a range of areas. They will develop their communication and creative skills whilst taking specific modules relating to their further degree study.
The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is a level 3 foundation year that is an equivalent qualification to A levels. During students' programme they will develop subject-specific knowledge with a strong focus on improving their academic English language skills in preparation for studying at university.
From the traditional canon to the innovative contemporary novel, the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) English Literature programme empowers students to identify how the world is perceived and informed through literary narratives. The University of Kent will give them the confidence and support to apply their understanding of literature to today’s world, gaining critical and creative skills that allow them to effect change and shape their own future.
